A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without being subject to a cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100% of the service total. If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled time, please reach out to me as soon as possible as we'll need to reschedule your appointment.
